`cards.list`

List the card and account numbers (last four digits) Oatmilk uses to tell which account paid, with each one's account, cardholder and whether a person or Autopilot added it, whether each account is a bank account or a credit card, the members who can hold a card (with their names), and suggested cardholders for cards nobody holds yet, matched from the name printed on the card.
