`contractorOps.agreements.keepAsHistory`

Keep an agreement filed with a contractor as history instead of reading its terms (contractorId, envelopeId, idempotencyKey), such as one that couldn't be read, isn't a contractor agreement, or whose terms were entered by hand. Its terms are never read or applied, and it leaves the checklist. Refused while its terms are being read.
