`intake.dismiss`

Dismiss an uploaded file that should not be filed. With removeOriginal: true, the stored original is deleted too, for an accidental upload. Adding the same file again brings it back (and uploads it again when its original was removed). Filed files can't be dismissed.

The record's current revision, from the last time you read it. If someone changed the record since, the request is refused with a conflict so you can reload and check before trying again.
