recruiting.applications.reject
Reject an application with applicationId, reason (not_qualified, experience, not_a_fit, compensation, location, withdrew, no_response, position_filled, duplicate, spam, other), an optional note, expectedRevision and idempotencyKey. Nothing is sent to the candidate.
