`tags.suggest`

Suggest project tags for up to 100 entries (entryIds) from each tag's event window, learned merchant rules and notes or descriptions that mention the tag or its other names. Each suggestion has a score from 0 to 100 and its reasons. Suggestions don't count in totals until accepted with accounting_entries_tags_set.
