Every charge keeps its proof.
A picture of Oatmilk matching receipts you can use. Emails from Uber, Figma, Air Canada and Corner Café are kept as they arrived, masked and read; each one is checked against the card charges it could belong to and matched only when Oatmilk is sure. A fake sign-in email is screened out. One Corner Café receipt could fit two charges, so it waits in Match review for you to accept or reject. Open any email, or drag it onto a charge.

How it works.
- Forward it or connect your inbox
- Oatmilk reads it and finds the charge
- You check only the unsure ones
What it does.
- One forwarding address for the company
- Gmail and Outlook, read-only
- Matches only when it's sure
- GST/HST, PST, QST and VAT as printed
- Originals kept as received
- A polite nudge when one is missing
Checked before it's read.
The ways receipts reach Oatmilk: the company forwarding address, Gmail and Outlook connected read-only, a one-time inbox search that lasts at most an hour, photos and uploads, and Wise. Each item is kept as received, checked for sign-in mail, masked, read twice, sent to the right mailbox and checked against the money.
See why it matched.
A charge's proof in Oatmilk: the original email kept as received, the lines and taxes read from it, why it matched and its history, which can be undone. Ask AI finds a receipt when you ask in plain words.
Missing one? We ask nicely.
A missing receipt being asked for. Oatmilk emails Maya about a Staples charge from Sep 24, more often as the GST/HST return due Oct 31 gets close, and never twice within 48 hours. Reminders can be paused, and they stop when the receipt comes in.
